“Does this TV tune to channel 3 0r 4 from a RF modulator. This is my only option. I have a coax cable now and can't run a HDMI cable underground a distance to the garage.”

To do a Channel Scan go to: Home > Settings > Live TV > Channel Scan. For best video quality connect a cable box using an HDMI cable. David M. - Insignia Support
