Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I recently bought the same television and am experiencing the same issues. I completely logged off the wifi and logged in again... that didn't work. I reset the television... that didn't work. I unplugged the television and internet cable... that didn't work. I reset the television to factory settings and began the initial process as when I first got the television. I am now able to access all the apps, however, when using Hulu Live, I get booted out often and have to log in again. I have a very strong internet signal (which the television information confirms) but can't seem to have Hulu Live play continuously without getting booted out. So I bought a Roku... I have experienced no issues at all after that. I'm assuming the television has a glitch somewhere in its processor. Hope this helps.
