How Do I hitch an Insignia 24" tv model #NS-24D310NA21 up? I have the antenna hitched to a digital converter box and I plugged the other cable that goes to that box into the antenna plug and ran channel scan and I only get ! channel . What do I do? null

Try connecting the antenna directly to the tv, and run the scan again.

Two issues come to mind. The directional quality of your antenna. The signal strength of the stations, or your distance from them. I hope this helps.
