Go to your television set up menu You should be able to put on the channel guide there If not try the settings menu

Unfortunately, there is no channel guide on this TV, but there is an option to add your channels on your favorite channel list for easy access. Just go to Menu>Channels>Favorite channel list then add your favorite channels. You can easily access your favorite channels using the Favorite button on your remote. I hope this helps.
