The speakers are built-in at the bottom of the screen. The TV delivers high-quality visuals for an immersive viewing experience

As for the speaker its hard to tell there are no tell tail speaker vents. I would say try TV first before you buy a sound bar depending on what you are using it for. The volume level is pretty decent for the size. I can remember having to buy a sound bar for a larger TV I purchase a few years ago cause I could nearly hear it.
