No. But the price of the TV allowed me to add a Roku Streaming Stick + for under the cost of a Roku TV. The pisture is clear and sharp on HDMI and works GREAT with the Roku stick.

This TV does not have Roku built-in; however you can hook up an external Roku device to one of the HDMI inputs on the TV.
