Hi Jojo, thank you for your interest to our Insignia™ - 24" Class N10 Series LED HD TV. To activate closed captioning, simply locate the "CC" button on your remote control. It is typically positioned just above the channel buttons. Pressing this button will toggle closed captioning on or off.
