Can this be used a monitor? null

Well, depends on your outputs. No DVI, no VGA, inputs. But if your pc/laptop has an HDMI out, then yes, you can hook u p and use as a pc monitor.

You can connect your computer to the TV using an HDMI cable.

I didn't ask if I could use it as a pc monitor. My question was will I be able to get PIP with a Dish receiver.
