• measure your depth, and then look at the specs - if the depth dimension is longer than your counter depth...it will stick out

• In my installation, the dishwasher went completely under the countertop and did not protrude. You likely have an issue with the cabinet depth or there may be something in the way, like the power cord, drain line, or water supply line.
