“We got this dishwasher a week ago and so far are very happy with the job it does. But at the end of the job there’s condensation on the walls of the tub despite on us using the heated dry cycle as well. Any advice on how to get rid of the excess moisture?”

The dryer continues to run after the cycle is completed. If you see that there is time remaining, simply close the unit and I believe this might solve your issue.
