“Hi, I have an insigna 29 bottles wine cooler that is not returnable I tried everything to change the temperature. Unplugged it and tried to press the arrow up while beeping, pressed the lock and arrow up. No luck. Is it defective?”

• I have the identical problem but mine is still returnable and I will be doing that in the next 10 days.

• You have to push he land hold the lock button for a few seconds hen you can adjust the temperature
