No, mine was laying down during transportation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don’t believe so. I know big refridgerator you shouldn’t lay down. We payed ours down but it wasn’t in that position for long.. it should be fine.

Took 30 minutes to get home. We set the boxed unit inside upright but unplugged for 24 hours Unboxed the unit and plugged it in the next day with no problems
