We were “new to insignia” about 2 months ago. Love ours Some suggestions (you probably have tried): see if the light feature works, or check that electric is operational in the outlet; make sure you have fully extended the coolers electric cord; if using an extension cord, make sure it accepts 3 prongs; if in a gfi outlet, push reset; read directions again about the locking capability (maybe locked in a non helpful setting) Hope you get the problem solved. Our working model is perfect. Have temp on a good red setting, filled with red and white, move white into fridge to chill a little more before we serve.
