“My cooler is beeping showing E4. When I unplug it and turn it back on the right temperature shows but after about a minute or so it starts beeping again”

I came here to see if anyone else had the same issue as us. We purchased this cooler in 2022 and it will not stop beeping no matter how many times we unplug it and replug it again.. or adjust temperature. Hopefully someone has an answer for this soon.
