A:AnswerIt must be. I've had mine just over a year (a month outside warranty, go figure...) and the air has stopped working. I called Insignia and they opened "case", but no one is calling me back. So, they make products that last just outside warranty???

A:AnswerYes, there are two users for the chair, both of us are pretty much the same with height and weight.
It worked well for both of us, but it only lasted for one month and a half.
