“How is the customer service? Do they give you run around or really try to help and solve the issue? After one year, when warranty expired, do they offer technical support if chair got break down? (with some charges off course)”

We will never shop anywhere else! Best buy has always treated us right. We love our chair. My husband uses it often. We are very satisfied with this product. It is worth the money. I was skeptical, because I purchased online and never sat in the chair. We got it delivered and put it together. Which was easy, by the way. It's an amazing chair. I've actually thought of purchasing another one for our office. Thank you Best Buy! Awesome chair and awesome service.
