“Does this screen protector have a cut out for the forward facing camera? A cut out is noticeable in photos of other brands but I can not see anything on the photos of the Insignia protector.”

No it doesn't have camera cutout.

No, there is not a cutout for the front camera. This is my only complaint of the screen protector. Pictures seem slightly affected.

There's no hole punch cut out for the camera and that is why I specifically bought this screen protector because of the clean cut out of the whole protector. I think this is a great buy and everything works perfectly after installed including the fingerprint scanner

No it does not. However the cutout is unnecessary. There is no noticable interference with the front facing camera.
