Hello! Thank you for your question. The Insignia 3.1 cu. ft. Mini Fridge with Top Freezer uses a single thermostat inside the fridge compartment, so the refrigerator and freezer don’t have separate temperature controls; adjusting the dial changes the cooling level for both sections at the same time.
