Why is it not cooling? null

Open the bottom fridge door, look on top right wall. There should be a knob with numbers 0-7. If it is on 0, then you have it shut off. 1 is the warmest, and 7 is the coldest. 4 seems to be perfect for me. But the freezer gets a touch too frosted with that setting.
