“how do you tighten the handles? Where the handles are screwed in to the unit is loose. How do you get something in there to tighten them???”

• Mine were both loose until my son pulled one off. When I put it in it made a nice click sound and was hard to remove after (haven't fully tried). The top one never did the same and is still wiggly.
