Mini DisplayPort connector also known as Thunderbolt 2 is square (about 1/2 as wide as USB-A) with 2 angled corners as “keys” to prevent mis-plugging it in upside down.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Supposedly Thurderbolt 4 cable will do Thunderbolt 3. I had a thunderbolt 3 device that worked with this. Thunderbolt 3 is just slower than Thunderbolt 4. it's the same connector, basically USB-c.
