“Will this work with my 2004 Honda Accord? I'm trying to figure out if I just need a simple cord like this to be able to play music from my phone in my car or if I will need to completely replace my entire car stereo.”

Hello Marisa, the wire should work just fine as long as the car stereo has an "aux in" jack. Omar S. - Insignia Support.

As long as you have the auxiliary in put in your car you can plug and play.

If there is a port (place to plug in a headphone cord) on your stereo that says 'Aux' - then you will not need a new stereo. You simply plug one end of the cord into the 'Aux' port and the other end of the cord into the device that you want to play your music with. On your stereo, change your input source (FM1, FM2, CD, etc.) To 'Aux'. Make sure your phone volume is at an appropriate level, and then your car radio volume will adjust for you as well.

if your radio has a 3.5mm hole to plug in headphones, then this cable will work...
