No, not really. Occasionally if you leave the door open too long you’ll hear it quietly kick in but it’s not noticeable when you close the door.

I have it sitting a couple feet away in my office and I can't hear it running at all, maybe if the office AC was completely off and no one in the building I MIGHT be able to hear a slight hum, but I definitely would not say it's noisy

Not really it has a normal refrigerator sound.
