“This has a Freezer listed in the Specifications--I don't think that is the case, correct? I'm going to assume it is a misprint--I am just looking for a fridge with no freezer”

It DOES NOT have a freezer. I too did not want a freezer, one of the reasons I bought this particular model of mini fridge. It works very well. It suits our needs perfectly as an extra fridge for the rec room in our basement.

You are correct in assuming there was a mistake; I got this specifically because it has NO freezer, which means more fridge space, better lighting, and no poorly-performing freezer area to mess with power efficiency, or cause unnecessary condensation.

When it arrived at the office, the staff unpacked it and started to use it before I realized that it did not have a freezer, but decided to keep it. This is the perfect fridge for someone who does not want a freezer.
