Will Best Buy take away the old refrigerator.. null

Best Buy will send for a call tag to pick it up. You must re-box it. Mine came boxed with it open top and one long corner was slit open the entire length. White bands were used to hold it closed.. no re-boxing that. We offered to drop everything by the local store, they turned us down. They finally shipped us a second unit. We used the packaging off of this to return the first unit.

We purchased a small refrigerator which was delivered by express company. We put the old one out for the garbage men who took it. The refrigerator had some minor dents in the door which Best Buy refunded $32.00.
