“I just bought this freezer because it’s marketed as garage ready. The specs on the BB site say it operates down to -10°. When I read the manual, however, it says not to let ambient temp fall below 55°. Which is it? If it’s 55, that is not garage ready.”

The website specifies the freezer can be set to keep foods within a range of - 10.4° to -11.2°F, and the Ambient Operating Temperature range of the room where the freezer is located is specified as 0 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit. The manual states the minimum ambient temperature is 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Best Buy continues to refuse to clarify which is correct.
