“How many amps does this freezer draw when the compressor is on?”

• When the compressor is "on" (meaning running) it draws 1.0A but upon start-up it draws 4.0A -- as per the info on the sticker attached to the back of the unit (3.5 cu. ft. Insignia freezer). See attached pic of the sticker.
