“It says 115V in specs. Does it mean I need a special outlet, or could I use a regular 110 outlet?”

• 110, 115, and 120V are all the same. Normal outlet.

• It uses 110V. 110 and 115v are essentially the same thing. I have one working great in a 110 outlet
