• I would check to make sure the hoses are hooked up correctly. Post my washer installation, I found the hoses needed to be switched.

• I wash on hot without any issues. Is your hot water value turned on sufficiently?

• Yes. Check to make sure your hot water is on and turn it up if needed. (On the wall behind your washer)
