QuestionDoes anyone have issues with this charging up your airpods? I didn' get a manual, wondering if anything special is needed for this? Also my phone case has to be removed in order for it to hold it, so looking for a thinner one...just FYI to keep in mind.

- Answer I have an Otter Box rubber case and have to remove the outer case. It will charge the first section of the phone(with the hard plastic Otter Box intact). This is the best charger I have ever purchased and I have made many charger purchases with apple products. Charge three apple products at once no cords to hunt

- Answer I think the fan shuts off on its own when your phone cools down. Yours might be defective. Mine I hit the button once to turn it on, touch a second time and it slows the fan and third it turned it off. Seem you only have to touch it not push. Maybe your switch is bad.

- Answer I put my phone down on the base and yes it did charge it. Unlike putting it on the upper charger it did not turn into a clock on that part of the charger. Short answer my iPhone 14pro with a mag safe case on did charge.

- Answer Check the settings for your watch. It’s a feature that extends the battery life by stopping the watch from charging over 80%. To change it, go the the settings on your watch, press “battery,” then “battery health.” You can have the watch charge to 100%. Hope this helps.
