• To select a source device, press the SELECT button repeatedly until the LED indicator lights for the source device you want.

• Depending on what input you connected the vcr too; ie: input 2; then press the select button on the top right corner of the switch to change it to input 2. Hope this helps :)

• Usually just have to press the select button on top of it to switch devices plugged up to it. Also make sure the hdmi cord plugged up to the output port is going to the TV.
