This is my 2nd refrigerator in a week. I cannot get the correct temperature in either freezer or fridge. When I turn the controls slightly more to coldest, both temperatures rise, not fall. Anyone else have this issue? Thank you in advance. null

Hi Sharon,

Simply Adjust the temperature of your fridge from 34° to 50° F (1° to 10° C) or the temperature of your freezer from -11° to 10° F (-24° to -12° C).
