Do you use the exhaust vent when running on dry? I'd like to use this feature over the winter and was wondering if I needed to reinstall it. Thanks!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Same here. In "dry" mode, the unit seems to ignore the temperature I set, and cools the room all the way down to 63 degrees F. Found this bizarre, so I contacted Insignia. The answer I got was confusing, but I THINK the rep said that indeed, in "dry" mode the temperature cannot be set. Again, I found this bizarre. So, if you want the humidity to be removed from the air, you need to wear a coat inside???
