• Everything needed to install the unit was provided.that adjustable panel was to long by 1 inch and I had to cut it. It is made of plastic so it was easy

• The insert piece comes with the unit. It is adjustable and I also bought door insulation that is sticky on one side to close any gaps.

• The insert comes with it. I did end up using my own weather stripping to make a better seal around the insert and my window, but everything you need to use it is included in the box.
