• This TV comes ready for mounting. All is needed is the mount and mounting hardware and very few tools.

• No, only the standard hardware is included. Then again, I have no idea what's needed to hang a TV from the ceiling? (or why anyone would want a horizontal TV? haha)

• No it only comes with a bracket for the wall.

• Yes, you can mount it but you need the bracket. also you have to deal with the adapter plug it comes with its a heavy converter, that's not in the description.
