What is the difference between this model and the 32D311NA15? null

I'm answering my own question. I found a BB store that had both in the box. The technical specs are the same although it is available in 1080p. I purchased the 720p version. The only differences are the physical dimensions. They are slightly different and the stand is larger/wider in the 312 model providing better stability. I'm satisfied with it so far. For the same price you're better off with the 312's improved stand.

In-store, all I could tell is where the operating buttons/labels are on the TV. On the 311, they are in the front, right, lower corner. On the 312, they are on the back lower right side. Not sure if there are other differences.

I asked this same question to an associate in my local Best Buy. I was told the NA15 was 1180p. It was also priced slightly higher.

Resolution. This product is 720, however if a channel runs 1080 you will view it 1080.
