Yes you get all the same warranties and protections, the first thing I look for in store is open box before I buy and have had to have stuff repaired, all covered by warranty.

It's all the same with reconditioned, refurbished, out of the box, and display items and so on. Just remember the keywords here "reputable stores". Obviously, unless otherwise specifically marked.
