Yes, you just won't have prime video channel.

To be honest. I have an Amazon account…this tv iwas designed to be used with Amazon Accounts…. But I haven't Amazon membership…. I do not use Amazon to get products…. You will need your Amazon account to set it up only. This TV is like any other smart TV.

No.... but you can purchase another streaming device and hook it up ( ex Roku ).
