can this be used as a computer monitor? null

We use one as a computer monitor. It works well, but we had to play with the settings to make the picture look right. This TV is HD (720p) not full HD (1080). Windows default resolution is 1080 (as are most computer monitors); we saw dropped lines until we reset the resolution for Windows to 720 (which made the icons, etc. larger). We did not have that problem using it as a monitor for a chromebook. Also, you might want to reduce the brightness, because the default brightness is for using it as a TV, that is, sitting a few feet away, rather than just a couple feet.

You can hook up a computer into one of the HDMI inputs on the TV.
