• Yes, simply plug in the hdmi cable to the tv from your cable box. An antenna is for OTA (free television)

• Yes, it works with a cable box. When they say antennae, they are talking about the connecting screw. It is the connector for both. You attach the cable box to your RF antenna connector That is the silver screw on back of TV.

• Yes you can connect it to your cable box to watch via services you pay for. But many people are cutting the expense of cable and going to satellite antenna so this has the capability for that as well
