“Just bought the tv and every time I try to access YouTube on the app , I have to put in my Amazon PIN number for it to play. I have set up this new tv on You tube and it has been registered. I pay monthly for YouTube”

• It is a setting. I have our set up so any time my son changes app I have to put the PIN in. You should be able to go to settings and turn if off so you dont have to put it in every time.

• Do a Factory Reset go Home > Settings > Device & Software > Reset to Factory Defaults and do not set Parental Controls during the setup.
