• YES it can. You have to "Enable Display Mirroring" 1st on your TV. Its under Settings > Display and Sounds > Enable Display Mirroring. After that is enabled. On PC side go to Action Center (Bottom Right Corner) > Connect. If you don't see Connect there initially you may have to hit Expand to see it. Once you hit Connect you will see the names of devices that are available pop up on the screen, select your TV and within a few seconds it will connect.
