QuestionThere appears to be holes for a mount that look like 4 holes in the middle of the TV- can you tell me how far they are spaced apart in inches. I have a mount that I need to use. It is an older one - model number of the mount is E176225. Thanks

QuestionI cannot get the full screen picture. It shows full screen when in a movie (not reg TV movie) but only fills up about 80% with about 2 inches dark framing on each side and a little over 1 inch on top and bottom of picture. Have exhausted all Settings.

QuestionI’ve paired my At&t remote to the TV and if turns the box and TV on and off. Can I do the same with the TV remote? How? Right now, the TV remote only turns the TV on and off.

- Answer User the included remote to control the TV. Try the Power On feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input. To activate it, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.

- Answer Yes you still have to purchase Netflix and Hulu they are pretty minimal though. There are a few apps that are free on there that you can watch shows and movies. I already had Hulu Netflix and Amazon prime so I did t have to do anything just log into my accounts on the tv.
