QuestionThe remote (NS-RC4NA-18) that came with this 32" N10 series TV is controlling two Insignia TVs (in the same room) simultaneously. How can I make this remote pair with only one TV (the 32" N10 series) without controlling the other TV.?

QuestionIs there anyway to increase the brightness beyond the standard on screen settings? I'm using two of these as menu boards with a power point presentation but during the day you can hardly see the screens. Very disappointed in the brightness levels.

QuestionCan I LOOP an image slideshow form the USB drive. It is very important that I have the ability to LOOP INDEFINITELY a jpeg slideshow on the Insignea 32 N10 TV. I did not see in the downloadable manual that I can LOOP INDEFINITELY.

- Answer I hope this helps: I use the "Infuse Pro" app thru my Apple.TV. I could LOOP a movie, video, or anything, for as long as I want. Just put it in a folder, and point the app to the folder; ie., make sure it knows where to look for your items. Set it and forget it.

- Answer Hi Andy! See steps below how to scan channels. 1. Make sure that your TV’s power cord is unplugged and all connected equipment is turned off. 2. Connect the coaxial cable to the cable wall jack and to the cable-in jack on the cable or satellite box. 3. Connect a coaxial cable (not provided) to the antenna/cable jack on your TV and to the coaxial out jack on the cable or satellite box. 4. Plug your TV’s power cord into a power outlet, turn on your TV, then turn on the cable or satellite box. 5. Press INPUT to open the INPUT SOURCE list, select TV, then press ENTER. 6. If you cannot tune to channels you know exist, scan for channels. See the Auto Channel Search option in Changing channel settings. Insignia Support Alvin www.insigniaproducts.com/support

QuestionTv is on however there is no sound coming from the speakers on the bottom. The audio TV speakers states on the menu they are also on. To get sound I had to plug my sound bar into the headphone plug in on the back to the tv.

QuestionHow far apart are legs on the 32"? I have a 27" solid wood table to put TV on. I do not like 'legs' Or, is there a center adjustable base/stand that could be installed for this 32" or a 40" to 6" max from from bottom of base, to tv.

- Answer After speaking to CSR @Best Buy, I found out that I do NOT have to have the 'legs' attached, and that I can have an adjustable insignia base stand installed when I have the TV delivered. This stand will be 'centered' on TV, and will due just fine for the 27" solid wood table I will be using. I ended up ordering a 40" TV, that will be replacing a 40" TV, that after 8 years, is slowly going out. Need to say that I received exceptional customer service, and got all my questions answered.
