- Answer check the cable-I've had issues with component cables on some TVs if your using the 3 yellow red white composite make sure you don't have one of the plugs in the "extra" component plugs

- Answer Not much difference than with any other tv, follow the directions from your remote, or use the remotes code search option. If you dont have the user guide, search bing or google for tv remote programming directions example if its a Sony Remote - SONY REMOTE PROGRAMMING - then click the manufacturers link

QuestionGREEN SCREENI am getting the "GREEN SCREEN" intermitently while changing channels (using cable box remote) even just sitting there it will go to "GREEN SCREEN" untuched. Audio comes through but the screen goes all green except for about a 1/4" of the left hand side of the screen.

- Answer Many TVs only send audio signals to their built-in speakers by default, so you may simply need to update your TV's audio output settings.

- Answer If you have selected the input on your TV to which your home theater system is connected, you may need to wait a moment while the devices go through the "handshake" process. If your DVD player home screen still doesn't appear, verify that your components are connected correctly and the cables are firmly seated. If the problem still remains, try connecting another device to the ports where your home theater system is connected to verify whether or not the port is working. If you determine that the TV is not functioning properly, please call our Product Support team at 877-467-4289 to schedule in home service for your TV.

Questionblu ray picture settingsI have recently purchased an Igsignia 39' 1080p 60htz Lcd tv ..and I have been very happy with the picture quality but I feel as though I haven't hit the nail on the head when it comes to blu ray settings I am in no means new to this but I would love to hear others settings for this tv when it comes to blu ray movies, thank you :)

- Answer The only few adjustments you can make would be the picture size, whether it's set on std, letterbox, zoom etc. and the settings under menu for custom, theater, energy saver, vivid, etc. Once you choose these settings you can't adjust anything other than contrast and brightness. They don't let you adjust color saturation, tint, or sharpness, which I think is pretty lame. I returned mine because of this and the clerk said that his Sony 46" was the same way.
