“Water leaks from under machine at the beginning of washing cycle”

first day of use same thing, received item 3/10 called to return 3/11. I could have dealt with the leak because i assume it was part of breaking in machine but the kicker for it wont rinse or go into other modes but quick wash, after it wash it does not rinse n drain
