“we got the washer about a week ago and just tried to install. when we press start and the water is running, it is leaking from a hole next from the drain outlet. i'm not sure if i need another part, can anyone help? I've called and left on elevator music.”

Check the filter plug it’s next to drain line and unscrews to open. Make sure it’s tightly closed. I have had 2 of these and both did not come with filters and they are suposed to. Just another reason to have to call Best Buy again over nonsense. Do yourself a favor and return it. They suck!
