“Does the washer only have 2 levels of water? I've noticed it's either half full or when you press the Water Plus it fills it to the top.”

This washer automatically sets the water level, the Water Plus button increases the water level to the highest setting. Press again the button to cancel this function. If the water level is already set to the highest, the water level won't change.
