“i don’t know what to do with the section for the fabric softener. i have tried cleaning it out with a cloth but it still seems clogged and it’s full of water. what else can i do”

• I had the same problem..Make sure you press the fabric softener button before starting your wash. If not no water will go through that cup.

• I would pour hot water in it to try and loosen the clog. Otherwise, you can try to run it a couple of cycles with only water in the dispenser to see if it will filter out. Hope it helps!
