“How do you remove the agitator to clean it? And also the place where you put detergent and fabric softener is filled with water and I don't know how to get the water out?”

It sounds like the drain tube that the liquids flow through are clogged. I used hot water several times to unclog and help remove the build up. * call customer service help!
